I have the same problem. But I replaced the SYS and again I have the same problem. I have a HTC One and I had the same problem. 
Hi guys is there anyway to make the IGO work in full screen? I used the 720p APK. In data.zip I have 1024:768 resolution Hope it. Igo Primo Data.zip 1920x1080. Using half the storage space of many other navigation apps, iGO Navigation is an offline app that guides you on adventures around the world. Including only the features that help you the most, we do away with distractions – just you and the world.
The lines for display in my sys.txt look like this: [rawdisplay] driver=engine;screen_xy='auto';+1845;screen_x=1794;screen_y=1005;screen_x2=1080;screen_y2=1700;screen_xy='1024_768:1920x1030/1080x1870' screen_xy='1024_768:1920x1080/1080x1920:fullscreen' but if this doesn't solve your problem, then you should try other data.zip because I have a new one since this is a new resolution not like my old HTC One X (wich is exactly the same res as SGS3). In data.zip I have 1024:768 resolution Hope it will work for you.
